Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FinesseWins, operated by Millennials Creatives LLC ("FinesseWins", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

This is a plain-language starting agreement. Have it reviewed by legal counsel before launch to confirm it fits your business and jurisdiction.

1. What FinesseWins does

FinesseWins helps small businesses find government contracting opportunities, understand solicitations, draft proposal content with AI, monitor NAICS codes, and assess bid fit using public award data. It is a software tool that assists you — you remain responsible for what you submit.

No guarantee of award. FinesseWins does not guarantee that you will win any contract, receive any specific price, or qualify for any set-aside. Winnability scores, price-to-win estimates, and opportunity matches are informational guidance derived from public data — not legal, financial, or bid advice, and not a promise of outcome. You are responsible for verifying every requirement, deadline, and eligibility rule on the official solicitation before you submit.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate company and certification information.
Review and edit all AI-generated content before use — you are responsible for its accuracy and compliance.
Verify opportunities, amendments, and deadlines on the official source (SAM.gov, the issuing agency, or the relevant portal).
Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse it.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Plan limits (e.g. proposals per month) are described at purchase and may be enforced by the service.
We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and proposals you create. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service (including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers). We do not claim ownership of your proposals.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use FinesseWins to break the law, submit false certifications, infringe others' rights, or overload the service or the public data sources it relies on.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that data (including third-party and public government data) is complete, current, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinesseWins and Millennials Creatives LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using FinesseWins anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
