FinesseWins ("FinesseWins", "we", "us") is operated by Millennials Creatives LLC (Phoenix, Arizona). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using FinesseWins you agree to this policy.
This is a plain-language starting policy. Before launch, have it reviewed by legal counsel to confirm it fits your final data practices and applicable laws (e.g. state privacy laws, GDPR/CCPA if relevant).
1. Information we collect
Account information — email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never store them in plaintext).
Company profile — details you enter: business name, UEI/CAGE, certifications, NAICS codes, capabilities, and past-performance references.
Content you create — proposals, watched NAICS codes, tracked solicitations, and (for advisors) the client businesses you manage.
Usage data — basic logs and request metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To provide the service — search opportunities, generate proposals, run NAICS alerts, and compute bid intelligence.
To send you transactional email you opt into (amendment alerts, deadline reminders, NAICS digests).
To process subscriptions and prevent abuse.
To improve reliability and performance.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
We share data only with vendors that help us run FinesseWins, under their own terms and security:
Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Stripe — subscription billing.
Anthropic — the Claude AI model that drafts proposal content from the inputs you provide.
Resend / email provider — delivery of the alerts you enable.
We also query public government data (SAM.gov, Grants.gov, USAspending.gov, FedConnect, and state portals). Those queries use search terms and codes, not your personal identity.
4. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; we will delete it within a reasonable period except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit, scoped database access with row-level security, and least-privilege secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a material breach as required by law.
6. Your choices
Turn email alerts on or off in your settings at any time.
Edit or remove your company profile and content.
Request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
7. Children
FinesseWins is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you.
